Q: What do I need to apply?

A: Our application fee is $125 per applicant and may be completed on line here or via our leasing agent. We require a photo ID, proof of income, a copy of a recent bank statement which includes your name and address, and a Landlord reference. If you do not meet the income requirement, then you can use Insurent or a Guarantor.
